+  Egoistic yet humble in the same time
+ Overall, she's awesome

I recommend watching Nisekoi if you're into that Rom-Com animes.

2. Iki Hyori, Noragami

 

Reasons:
+ She's independent
+ Helpful
+ Has that strong confidence
+ Hold friendship dearly.
+  Overall, awesome!

To those who like watching action animes, well, I recommend you to watch Noragami. Seriously, I enjoyed it.

+ Overall, AWESOME! 

I RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS ANIME! SERIOUSLY, IT'LL MAKE YOU CRY! Kyoukai No Kanaka (Beyond the Boundaries)  is my favorite anime. Mirai is like the cutest thing ever!

Wattpad is my ecstasy | 5 reasons why wattpad is good for you

What is Wattpad? well, here's a brief explanation about  Wattpad.

Wattpad is an online storytelling community where users post written works such as articles, stories, fan fiction, and poems, either through the website or the mobile app.

Wattpad for me is like my own hero, it has helped me through my toughest times and had managed to entertain me in every way possible.

Wattpad is like a medicine for my stressed life, a cure to my  lethal disease.

Here are why Wattpad is good for you (especially those bookworms out there):


1. It's free

2. Ads Free (Except for promoting fantastic authors which actually a benefit for the new users)

3. Improve your native language, especially your English (If you're not a native English speaker, it'll boost your grammar and creativity.)

5. The books. THEY ARE AMAZING!


So yeah, I guess that's all. But these are only my opinion, but I do recommend it for those who loves free books :P

SOFTBALL IS MY BAE

Last week, there was an international softball competition that was held here in KV Labuan. So, we (the Alpha Girls) gave it a try.

Unfortunately, we didn't win anything due to the limited amount of time of practice but it's okay. The experience was enough for us, plus we still get co-curriculum marks. So it's a win win situation. So below is some of the pictures that I snapped during our match :)

What did I learn from this experience?

+  Teamwork

How much kindness did you do today?

Have you ever think even for a second of how much kindness you wanna do today?

 

Hate :One word, one feeling, spreading throughout the world in seconds. 

The world is corrupted enough because of that one feeling alone. 

How can we stop it? Well unfortunately, we can't stop it. It's in our blood to hate things, it's in the human nature. But we can make a change though, by spreading the kindness around us. 

 I believe that we can make a change. Karma is a bitch, but if you do believe in Karma, it is said that what we do, we get it back right? So if you spread kindness and the positive vibe around you, you'll gain more than happiness in your life. 

Even for the religious people,  every kitab (s) states that kindness should be spread among people around them.Thus, let us plant this seed of motivation inside us and let us make a change!

From a C to an A for English in SPM

How did I manage to get an A+ for English in my SPM (Sijil Pendidikan Malaysia) when I always get  C(s) during my sem-examination? 

Well, for starters my grammar sucks and I know that fact pretty well. Even though my English result for PMR was an A, but that did not mean that my writing skill was good enough to meet the standard of SPM level and I was right, I did not score well during my first semester for my English during form 4. My teacher was not pleased with my result, she expected me to get at least an A- but I failed to give her what she wanted.

So, I went to see my old English teacher for advices. I then told her about my situation. When I had finish explaining, she looked at me straight in the eyes and asked "Have you been reading English books Idiey?"

I nodded. Because I did read fictions, but they were mostly written by American authors.

"What kind of books?" She narrowed her brows.

"Fictions Madam," I said simply.

"Okay. but make sure to read books that are written in English, not American-English" She advised.


So, I took her advice and started to read English books.

Other than reading English books, I started to write my own stories when my senior introduced Wattpad to me around August 2014.


In my opinion, what really improved my writing skills was because of Wattpad. Why?  Simply because when you are addicted to writing, plus readers giving you positive comments, you will not have the slightest thought of stopping. You will realize that, it is rather enjoying. So when I officially declare Wattpading  as a hobby, I began to write chapters by chapters of my fanfiction every single day. In the end, I manage to finish my story with an amount of 20 chapters with 1,000+ words each. It was not an impressive achievement but the result of my effort was worth it. I got an A plus for my SPM and that clearly proves that Wattpading is a good method to improve one's English writing skills.

Therefore, rather than wasting your time to read/memorize boring essays and fall asleep while doing so. You should :

1. Read any kinds of fictions, non-fictions, magazines and other interesting books instead. 
2. Create a wattpad account
3. Read wattpad stories (because they are free, and more interesting)
4. Try to write your own short stories
5. Try to keep your commitment 
6. Learn at least one idioms and two bombastic words a day.

But to those who are going to sit for their exam tomorrow, here are some tips for you:

1. Read a short story
2. Memorize it from A-Z
3. Re-write it on a piece of paper two times
4. Tomorrow, pick the question of writing a story
5. Just change a bit of the details when you're writing your essay
